Returns and Refunds Policy

MediKartHealthCare.com will accept returns on any unopened product within 7 days of the original ship date. A 15% return processing fee will be deducted from the original product cost, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that opened products cannot be returned.

To avoid inconvenience, we make every effort to help customers choose the correct product size and features before purchase. We provide detailed product descriptions, sizing guidance, and customer support assistance. Returns for Manufacturing Defects

MediKartHealthCare.com will accept returns for products with manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, please first contact us via email for troubleshooting assistance. If required, an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be issued via email. MediKart HealthCare will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf for repair or replacement under the applicable warranty policy.

Please note that return shipping charges to MediKart HealthCare are not covered under warranty claims.

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be processed until the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Special Note About Masks and Machines

Mask sizes may vary between models and manufacturers. If you are unsure about the correct size, please contact our support team before ordering.

Due to the personal and medical nature of these products, machines including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP devices, humidifiers, oxygen concentrators, and related equipment cannot be returned once the package has been opened, regardless of usage duration.

Warranty decisions related to CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and oxygen concentrator repairs or replacements are solely determined by the manufacturer.

For machines that are out of warranty but experiencing technical issues, repair services may be available through the manufacturer. Diagnostic and repair charges may apply depending on manufacturer policies.

Refunds for Financed Purchases

For purchases made using financing options, only the principal amount paid may be refunded. Any interest or financing charges paid to third-party financing providers are non-refundable.

Mask Return Insurance Policy

The purpose of this policy is to help CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP users choose the most suitable mask with greater confidence and affordability.

The 7-day return period is calculated from the date the product is shipped by MediKart HealthCare until the date the customer ships the return back to us. Transit time is included in this duration.

Return insurance is available only on selected products and may be added or removed at the discretion of MediKart HealthCare at any time.

Products returned under this policy must not be modified or damaged. Any physical alterations such as cutting, sewing, or modifying straps and cushions will void the return insurance eligibility.

For eligible returns under the mask return insurance policy, customers may use the provided return label to ship the product back to MediKart HealthCare.
